We can provide assistance with day to day activities and questions on common office applications.
The border between providing assistance and writing an application in Access for example, can be somewhat blurred but we are happy to do either, both or any combination. We do not try and hide how to do it, if we can show you once and teach you how to do it rather than us doing the whole job, then that's fine.
