converted by BT on 31st March 2006. Zen currently offer a free re-grade for
existing customers of their Home (500, 1000 & 2000) products. The current prices are £40 activation charge (migration to Zen is free
with a MAC code), plus the following monthly rates: All prices exclude VAT at 17.5%. Please note the telephone line to be upgraded MUST be a BT line. Once we have got all your details we will initiate the Order. The order is only passed on to BT once the initial periods payment has been made. We will forward a Pro-forma Invoice and link to a secure web address where you can pay online to expedite this initial payment. It can be made by credit card if required (even if a different method of payment was selected for the service). Then commence the count down to your ADSL. Please ensure you use a BT phone number for the "Phone number for ADSL.", and that your email address is correct. Failure to get these correct will mean we can't register you, and may not be able to tell you. Note: All ADSL routers include 1 microfilter. If you want more then please specify how many additional microfilters of which type in the notes, the tailed variety are £7 and compact ones are £5 +VAT. |
